THE BEAUTY AND STRENGTH OF GREEN ECONOMY

BACKGROUND _________________________________________________________________ We are Indonesian forestry and agriculture company. Our company established at 1994 as CV. Multivalent Prima. We started our own plantations with falcatta tree , or in our local name called sengon ( Paraserianthes falcattaria ), which surely having serious issue about genetical breed and un-standard silviculture. Nowadays we covers about more than 100.000 acres of many customers around Indonesian region, starting from 2 acres customers to up to 50.000 acres plantations handled by our brother company , PT. Bio Hutanea. We run also 250 acres of our samples plantation to be able to experience and practice good silviculture practice. To ensure stability in our customer’s business plan , we have to make sure we choose the right type of seedlings for our customers. We are well known in Indonesia as most popular seedlings supplier for sengon solomon ( falcatta tree origin from solomon island , which in its original habitat already became rare , because it had been cut down and became palm oil plantations ). To check our popularity in Indonesia , we can enter search query : BIBIT SENGON , or BIBIT SENGON SOLOMON , and we are in top row. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ WOODLAND AND TIMBER FORESTRY AS UNBEATABLE INVESTMENT __________________________________________________________________In the previous 15 years , timber price have been dramatically increased and even has its own trend of climbing up because of many issues. The issue about global warming is one of the biggest one. Indonesia had been “greeted” in many occasions for its tropical forest degradation. But , back then , because regulations are still loosen , timber price were considered as very low , at the level that it was not interesting enough to started a woodland estate. But because the price increase ( in general , not specific timber ) in Indonesia this last 15 years has been reaching up to 2000 % , or in average , more than up to 130% a year , and value adding in term of investment to gain are currently also up to 2000% ( excluding price increase trend and also not yet include land cost ) , or , if we calculate in 5 years harvest cycle , it can reach up to 13,000% from capital to harvest value in 5 years ! This is awesome ! ______________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ WHY INDONESIA ?______________________________________________________________ Indonesia is a tropical country with about 30 % soil and almost 70 % water surface. Wet rainy days and dry seasons are very ideal for woodland. Water springs are everywhere , sice we have very dynamic terrain. Our 2 seasons , without winter , means without thaw and freeze or hybernating period. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Indonesia also known in “The Ring of Fire” , which are simultaneously active vulcanic mountains that produce vulcanic deposits that also bring many benefit for trees and crops. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Indonesia has many resource of fertilizers. Minerals , such as rock phosphates , manure from poultry or farms , many species of soil microbes that has been isolated and breeded in our labs , taken from the depth of our jungle , which can increase tree growth up to 40% by having mutual symbiotic , are also bring many benefit to forestry business. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Indonesia have many human resource in farming and plantation workfield and also exotic species of trees. This was also one of the reason why European countries invade this territory 400 years ago.___________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ From the land that use to be tropical forest , and another low productive areas , Indonesia has potentials of more than 5 millions of potential areas for woodland. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________We have been collecting and cultivating the fast growing specieses of tropical timber in Indonesia, which can grow as big as almost 0.5 m3 or 17.6 cu ft per tree in 5 years cultivating ! Some of the seedlings that we develop include : falcatta ( Paraserianthes falcattaria ) , teak ( Tectona grandis ) , cadamba ( Anthocephalus cadamba ) , red cadamba ( Anthocephalus chinensis ), suren ( Toona chinensis ) , palm sugar ( Arenga pinnata ) , neem ( Azadirachta indica ) , agarwood ( Aquilaria malaccensis ) and many others. WE HAVE KNOWHOW, EXPERIENCE AND RESOURCES OF MANY SPECIES OF SEEDLINGS SUPPLY AND IDEAS OF AGRO SYSTEM. WE ALSO HAVE THE ABILITY AND ACCESS TO PERMIT /LEGAL CLEARANCE FOR INDUSTRIAL SCALE FORESTRY. Contact us at : info@hutanku.com and multivalentprima@gmail.com ___________________________________________________________________________________ These are one of examples from our documentation of seed extraction expedition in tropical forest deep in Papua , Falcatta seeds to be tissue cultured.
